The company has made Alex a robotic Cop, which also works according to their rules. But they may be forgetting that he is still half human inside, he is not at all like a machine as other robots. The company wanted to do this because they want to earn a lot of money from the human cyborg experiment. This is the era of cyberpunk's dystopian future, when humans are accompanied by robots everywhere.
